On the two risottos served without salt it was unfortunately an oversight, on a busy day at work, keep in mind that as was explained to you, the risotto is cooked and creamed at the moment with fresh ingredients and not with a ready-made and salted sauce, we tried to make up for it by offering her an alternative of risotto, which as I read, you didn't like, in any case in the end she wasn't charged for the two courses. On the second course of meat, we tend to do a medium cooking, it would have been enough to point this out immediately and we would have cooked them further (the phrase "hear bellowing" seems out of place and in bad taste to us). Obviously we care about the satisfaction of each of our customers, being careful to listen to their every need and making ourselves available, a characteristic that has led us to run a business for over 50 years. Of course, being human, we make some mistakes that we always try to remedy.
