Tasty yes , overpriced definitely, customer service?? do they know what this means … don’t waste your money on them at the the Barangaroo store. Stop saying it’s vivid . They are understaffed and stressed and it shows. I wish I had taken a photo of serving they served put me in this tiny tub … 2 scoops ? Is that the new name ??
Try Messina , they’re an ocean of difference. Love them
I must add that the Oxford St team rocks ! The best customer service from this overpriced ice cream lab. Zero stars for Barangaroo

Delicious Ice cream and excellent service. Today I had a great experience @ RivaReno Gelato Barangaroo, I left my wallet and after 25 minutes when I noticed it. I founded it with all my money and cards!!!
