Regarding your complaint, we understand that waiting times can be frustrating, especially during busy periods. Our team is dedicated to serving all customers promptly. However, it is equally important that customers, including drivers, demonstrate patience and understanding during such high-demand periods. It has come to our attention that your conduct towards our staff was not only discourteous but also at times confrontational and aggressive. This included instances of snatching food from our staff's hands. Our staff does not come to work to endure such behavior, and we take the behavior of our team seriously. In light of the challenging encounter, we found it necessary to request your departure from our premises. Since then, we have experienced no further issues with drivers, whether they are British or foreign nationals. We are unwavering in our commitment to maintain a respectful and positive environment for the well-being of both our customers and staff. Due to this difficult incident, we have deemed it imperative to ask you to leave our premises. Since then we have had no further problems with drivers, whether they are British or foreign.
