Hi Marcie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your honest feedback - we truly appreciate it. We're very sorry to hear that the Motherlode tasted like rancid oil and that your overall experience fell so far short of what we aim for. That is absolutely not the quality we want to serve our guests, and we apologize for letting you down. We'd really like the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out directly to our Wisconsin Rapids location so we can personally address what happened and take care of you. We hope to have another opportunity to serve you and turn this around. Thank you again for your feedback. Sincerely, The Rocky Rococo's Pizza & Pasta Team (Wisconsin Rapids)
