After waiting 1 hour and 20 mins for my order instead of lamb kebab snack box and chicken kebab I got chips and meat for all my neighbours without sauce and the bread was like vomit. I will never order again and would advice anyone not to order their food. I throw everything at the bin after paying €43.90

I recently visited the Roma Takeaway shop, and my experience was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. From undercooked food to a discourteous staff, this visit left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the food was a major disappointment. I ordered food and none of them seemed to be adequately cooked. The chicken was still pink in the middle,leaving an unpleasant crunch with each bite. It's unacceptable for a takeaway shop to serve food in such a sorry state. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was far from welcoming. They seemed disinterested and dismissive when I raised concerns about the food. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism, they responded with indifference, which only added to the overall negative experience. In summary, my visit to Roma Takeaway was a complete letdown. The poorly cooked food and the lackluster attitude of the staff make it impossible for me to recommend this establishment to anyone. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to regain their customers' trust. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
