Several times I've had issues with Roman's Pizza Morningside always for them to brush it aside and never acknowledge their mistakes. I placed an order via the MrD app and whilst I am well aware that the prices are higher online due to fees for the app and drivers I still use it as it is convenient. The store however takes no care in how they package orders, there's no consistency with the quality of food either. There's never any compensation or apologies . They shouldn't be on the App if they can't provide a decent service to returning customers!!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch
