quant and cozy bakery in pacifica, a good place to stop by before a hike. pastries do the job but nothing top tier. skip the coffee. loved the atmosphere and live music on sundays!! ham & cheese croissant: forgettable but decent asparagus ricotta danish: unique combo that worked well but pastry tasted a bit stale

Their baguettes were really hard. I had to just cut out the inside to eat since the crust would have broken my jaw. The muffin was good, though.

Not sure why it's taken me this long to visit Rosalind Bakery, but finally I've found the perfect place close to home for an authentic and heart sourdough loaf. Crispy exterior, soft interior... BEAUTIFUL CRUMB AND ALL THE HOLES!!!!!! Absolute perfection. Best know that I'll be coming here at least once a week for my daily bread.
