Unfortunately the pinsa with truffle was NOTHING, with no cheese and no taste, a shame about the good ingredients. SUGGESTION: NO artichoke cream, instead use tomatoes, then it won't taste like a finished product, grated parmesan and a little more acid, instead of the mortaella, air-dried salami with pistachios. And some garlic, possibly OLIVE OIL. If the dough rose properly, as with a real Pinsa it could be something, but it was less than insignificant. It can't be that the Pinsa from Edeka Brehm Welten tastes better than this one and at less than half the price?! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
