Great find. Plenty of parking. Once inside, its a lovely restaurant area. Great service and very decent food, with good portions so sadly no room to try the excellent looking desserts. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Where has the very nice young lady gone she works out the back think said her name is Emma or Emily spoke to her a few times on visiting this pub she is always polite and a ray of sunshine when on occasions seen her in garden or restaurant
Hope she's back soon

We used to go to the Rose & Crown regularly during last 20 years or so and loved it. Management then changed and renamed it Royal Rose which was never the same. Thrilled when new owner James and his wonderful team recreated The Rose and Crown to how it should be. Staff, food, service, atmosphere are all great. Its our favourite pub. Pub garden is perfect for families. Very dog friendly pub. Cannot fault it. Well done James and the Team Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
