We visited this establishment for the first time in the Victoria Gardens shopping center in Lviv. There was long black hair in the burger (one of the cooks), they offered to refund the money, but I did not come for the money, but to eat, I asked to redo the burger, 2 minutes passed, the burger seemed to be redone, but in fact it is impossible, re-fry 2 patties, again to put vegetables and everything else, most likely they pulled out the hair and heated it, because it was hot, even more than when it was served the first time.
