Your location Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q 10623 Westover Hills Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78251 Barbecue Jill Egburtson 78 points 19 minutes ago We used to be huge fans of Rudy's and recommended to everyone. In the last 2 yrs the prices have increased by 25% on meat and 40% on creamed corn which is not in line with cost. Then we received a really poor cut of brisket, tough, burned, and fatty at the same time. They "hesitantly" replaced it with a smaller amount of smoked turkey. Cost was more than a real restaurant for lot less food. Super disappointed and we will stick to the one at home in Colorado Springs. Or stay with Smokin Yards. Their brisket is always moist & tasty, but not greasy.
