We had our post wedding meal here and it was amazing. The staff the food and the whole experience was amazing. The prices were amazing for the quality of food served. We highly recommend this place

Good food that is spoilt by extremely slow service. Ruined our Christmas meal by sticking us upstairs in a dim corner and forgetting about us for hours at a time.

Went to Rustico for lunch today and it was the worse meal we have ever had. 4 of us went and out of 4 meals 3 were appalling, 2 lasagnes were burnt and the sun dried tomato & mozzarella cheese pannini turned out to be a ciabbati with tomatoes so hard you could have used them as a mini frizzy and the cheese hadn't even been melted it was awful. When I complained eventually the manager said no charge but we had already paid a £20 deposit when we booked a table, they didn't give us that back and they asked for the deposit receipt which they certainly didn't need I have drawn my own conclusions on that. Anyone who reads this please be careful what you order particularly as it is the week before Christmas and don't hand over your deposit receipt. I wouldn't even give 1 star but the bread you get when you have been seated wasn't bad.
