My husband and I have dined at more than 20 different Ruth’s Chris locations to include ones in Hong Kong and Taipei. This Charlotte, NC Ruth’s Chris had hands-down the best service of any of them. Our waiter James was incredibly professional and personable. He gave great attentive service and several other servers also asked if we needed anything as they passed by our table. The general manager also came over and introduced himself and made sure the food, drinks, and service were to our liking. The food as always was perfection. We will definitely be returning to this Ruth’s Chris during our next visit to Charlotte. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve been to the Southpark location before and the service was good but nothing impressive. This time we went to STryon location and service was exceptional. We are very impressed with it. Pedro at the bar was awesome and really friendly. Our server at the restaurant was Fred, what an amazing service he provided us. Food was awesome too. All in all, perfect experience. Will definitely come back. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first time eating at Ruth's Chris Steak House. My husband is a steak lover, so I thought this was the best to take him here for his birthday. We were so excited to go. Everything was amazing. The food was so good and our waiter Rob was the absolute best! He was very attentive and informative. He helped us pick out the best options and was on point with each one. He made our first time experience one of the best! We will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sizzling Crab Cakes, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Grilled Asparagus
