I normally have the BEST food of my life at a Ruth's Chris steak house. However, I was not impressed with my meal at this location. The filet was cooked good, and tasted good. However, the sides were not impressive and they came out cold.

This was our go to place for special occasions and for visitors. Several years ago I had reservations for our anniversary. Arrived a little early and hostess had us wait while multiple walk-ins were seated. After an hour I asked the hostess if their was a problem and it was obvious they had forgotten us. We were then seated in the hall in front of the kitchen. Every time the door opened we got a blast of frigid air. We ordered but the seating was so horrible I had the waitress box everything up and we left, never to return. Which is a shame because we had many great meals there. Teen hostess with a hip hop attitude may not be the best thing for a business.
