We made a reservation via phone for today at 1 PM. It took us one hour to get here. It was closed and nobody picked up the phone. Quite interesting behaviour for a Michelin restaurant ...

Where to start from? 5 stars probably won't be enough as all the words I'll use down here. Let's start with • LOCATION Top! Not too easy to find honestly (but it's one of the beauties of this place). When there and crossed the ancient wooden door the view is simply breathtaking. We walked in and greeted by a lovely lady. Atmosphere simply cozy. We felt we were HOME.• FOOD outstanding! The Sardinian tradition was all there. When I read the menu I was amazed to see all those dishes my great grandma, my grandma and my mom have always cooked. Fantastic respect for the prime materials. (My wife had goat tartare, and she enjoyed it so much. She doesn't eat goat nor sheep. She doesn't eat raw food. I was proud). Everything was simply perfect. She went for the degustation menu of Terra&Mare and I went for the menu of the chef.• SERVICE when you think about a Micheline star restaurant you imagine white gloves, suits and ties. Fortunately this wasn't the case. It is a Micheline star restaurant but still a family run business. And you can feel it all. There's no time during busy service to chill too much with guests. Can't afford to make other guests wait. The chef, Roberto Petza, was personally serving us. And was amazing. Bring the plate, explain the plate, enjoy the plate. But then when everything calms down you get the max from the staff. You give feedback, you have a little chat. Everything was AMAZING! THANK YOU GUYS. • WINE PAIRING the chef is also a wine lover. And you can taste it all when he personally pairs wine with his food. We had the 3 wines for 20€ they were all amazing. I had 100% Nuragus, 100% vermentino and 100% Vernaccia. My wife the same but 100% Cannonanu as third wine. All perfect matched with our food (and I'm a sommelier)•RECAP everything was amazing. My first wedding anniversary was supreme. Everything at just 20 mins from my grandma house. We will be back.Thank you Roberto. Thanks to all your staff. Thank you thank you thank you.Ah..the bill........It is for special occasions but way cheaper than many other restaurants.My vote is UNLIMITED STARS.
