Soigné, a French-Korean fusion establishment in Seoul, offers an exquisite dining experience that blends traditional Korean ingredients with contemporary culinary techniques. The ambiance is friendly and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a business meeting. The interior design is modern and sophisticated, with an open kitchen where diners can watch the chefs at work. The price range is on the higher end, but the quality of the food and service justifies it. Located in the Gangnam district, Soigné is easily accessible from the city center.

The menu changes every three months, with each episode featuring a new theme. Some of the standout dishes from previous episodes include the abalone cooked to perfection, the lobster, the beef tenderloin, and the reinvented apple crumble. The wine list is extensive, with local and international options available. Cocktails such as the Korean pear martini and soft drinks like the sparkling yuzu are also worth trying.

One of the unique features of Soigné is the chef's table seating, which allows diners to observe the kitchen action up close. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Valet parking is available, adding to the convenience of the place.

Overall, Soigné is a fine dining spot that delivers a memorable culinary experience. With its innovative cuisine, elegant ambiance, and excellent service, it's no wonder that it has been listed in the Michelin guide since 2017.

Experience a gourmet feast at the Korean Michelin two-star restaurant, where the chef fully displays Korean characteristics. It is the only place in Korea where you can experience the essence of Korean beef! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For a 2 Michelin star, service could be better. Our dinner reservation was for 7pm, arrived on time and were rushed to leave the restaurant because they are closing at 10pm. Firstly, they should note that fine dining ramges from 3-4hours, and never have we been rushed to finish our dishes in a 2-Michelin stars restaurant. Dishes were amazing and very original. Soigne – Seoraemaeul, Banpo, Seocho스와니예 - 서래마을, 반포, 서초Meal budget per person (without drinks)Category 3 (over 120000 KRW, 100 USD)The Executive Chef, Mr. Jun Lee has studied in CIA (USA) and built up his experience in Per Se (a Michelin 3 Star restaurant with Thomas Keller). The name of his restaurant, Soigne means well made or highly complete in French and pursues Contemporary Cuisine of Seoul. He combines French, Italian, and Korean food to introduce creative dishes through a new episode menu every three months. The restaurant has been listed onto Michelin guide since year 2017 continuously to 2021, as well as Blue Ribbon Survey. The restaurant is also recommended on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site. From his episode at the moment, I feel rich or a little bit greasy with the ingredient and sauce, and it should have been much better if the Sherbet came before the 2nd main menu. But overall, just like his reputation, the dishes are creative, divine and exquisite! (looking also good to taste each dishes with five senses. Namul Tajarlin is one of a kind!)This upscale restaurant is very recommendable especially for couples and business.Valet parking available.
