The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. Come here for the enjoyable atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant Subway a high rating.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The employee making my sandwich seemed in a rush, ignoring my request for extra veggies and throwing the toppings on the sandwich without care. Employee tried stuffing both my footlong and 6-inch sandwiches into a small bag, resulting in smashed bread. When I asked about her day, she ignored me and was argumentative when I requested separate bags. This was the worst customer service I've encountered at Subway, and the employee refused to provide her name when I asked.
