We ordered two pizzas and after waiting for nearly two hours they cancelled our order for no reason, and the pizzas are insanely expensive. Do not recommend

Ordered through thuisbezorgd, choose as soon as possible. They were half an hour late even though they get to pick the delivery time. We rushed home to be on time for no reason. I ordered mac 'n cheese and received penne with a bit of cheese on top and no flavour, not a mac 'n cheese. The pizza was very nice but too expensive for the size.

I ordered through Uber eats and they called me to let me know they were out of the item I chose. I asked for the order to be cancelled, because I wasn’t interested in anything else, they told me they would. Within the next hour I called 3 times because the order never got cancelled. The last time a person very rudely told me they already cancelled “it’s been cancelled with us” and I insisted it wasn’t, but they were not even willing to listen. I tried calling again several times and they never picked up. This sounds like lack of knowing how to handle the app, and that’s just extremely frustrating, I hope they eventually learn and get better. The order hasn’t been cancelled and just turned my Friday evening into a whole hassle trying to contact Uber eats and get a refund. Don’t recommend
