My wife and I recently visited speakeasy called The Muse in Everett after hearing the staff recommend the food at Sabaijai Thai to another customer. Being new to the North End from Kirkland, we decided to give it a try and placed a to-go order. We tried the Crying Tiger (or beef salad—I’m not sure which one I ordered), which was good. However, the regular Chicken Phad Thai lacked flavor and the noodles were undercooked. It was disappointing, especially since the restaurant looked like a great Thai spot when we walked in. That was the only downside for me. The staff was friendly and our food was ready soon after we arrived. We may try dining in next time to see if it was just a one-off experience, especially since so many others have given great reviews, and this is just my take. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
