If you appear to be near Liberation Square (Midan El-Tahreer), you can go to this restaurant. The varied menu based on Indian cuisine is what you are offered at India Along the Nile. Taste perfectly cooked naan, butter chicken and soup. Tasty ice cream will impress you at the first bite. A lot of visitors order great mango lassi.
This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Fair prices are what you are to pay for your meal. There is a charming atmosphere and modern decor at this spot. This restaurant is ranked 4.4 within the Google grading system.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant for my birthday celebration, and it was an absolute disappointment. The service was abysmal; we were ignored by the staff for most of our visit. To make matters worse, our orders were incorrect, which led to delays, and some of us would finish the mains when others still waited for a starter. Some guests had no cutlery despite asking for it multiple times. The cocktails, which were ridiculously overpriced, tasted as if they were made by an amateur with no skill – they were nothing more than a mixture of cheap mixers. On top of all the other disappointments, the atmosphere was far from enjoyable. The music was blaring at such an unbearable volume that having a conversation with my party was impossible without resorting to shouting. It was as if they prioritised deafening music over customer comfort. This was meant to be a special celebration, but it turned into a regrettable evening. I would strongly advise against dining here.

Under the guidance of Chef Sanjib Kumar, India along the Nile delivers the finest quality of authentic Indian food. They are very close to achieve Michelin Star for their food quality. Service is excellent. They care for their customers dietary requirements and can alter the ingredients to serve you still the finest quality. Absolutely loved every dish. Me being a vegetarian I loved all their dishes.. Specially the soup... I still have the taste after 4 days... Will 100% recommended to go here when in Cairo. Mouth watering delicious authentic Indian food with finest quality of ingredients and service. Thank you Chef Sanjib Kumar. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
