Living in the mountain community I have had the pleasure of participating in mountain shopping. Safeway Idaho springs and Evergreen Colorado is a little more expensive but accommodates my needs.

Terrible customer service! I called about getting some beef fat first thing in the morning then called in the afternoon to make sure they would keep it for me, which they assured they would and asked my name to put on the package. When I went to pick it up, it was no where to be found. The lady in the meat department called a manager to help her find it and still no luck. This manager was extremely rude but assured me that she would have the store director call me first thing in the morning and its been 7 hours since I was told they would call. Please go anywhere else to shop, they clearly don’t care about the customers at this location

I'm proud of this Safeway, though my Safeway is Rucker. I love the fact that the meat smells fresh n presrine looking. I called the meat department; spoke to one of the employees n thank you for the meat n how proud I'm of them. I'm hoping the owner or the department manager will give me an opportun for me to have a picture taken with them.
