Very bad experience. Specific for Indian food. We ordered veg panner makhani, which we had never heard it in india so we thought to try and ordered but it was very sweet same as rasgulla. Dish should be named as 'Raspaneer without paneer'. Also other dished were also not as per indian taste. Dal tadka was without tadka. This restaurant is only recommended for people who like sweet food not for Indian food lover. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

We booked a table for 5 people. The person who was taking order was not even listening to what we were odering. Moreover, we ordered veg paneer makhni, and the taste of that was pathetic. The dish just felt like sweet. I would suggest to name it veg paneer chasni. Also, please put more paneer pieces in veg paneer pakhni. One more thing, Dal tarka always has tarka in it.I think this logic doesn't work here.I was highly disappointed and would not suggest this for Indian Vegeterian dish. Excellent food and service, very friendly staff. Tough to find good Indian subcontinent food outside of London, Saffron Gold was right up there.
