Very basic place and environment with a deli style vibe. But dont judge their food by the looks because the food is GREAT! IT IS TRIP WORTHY. Every dish was full of freshness and flavor. We ordered pho, wonton soup, house special porkchop, orange chicken. Food came out fast, only minor negative was how slow our glass of waters got filled. But customer service was VERY nice and kind. Restaurant: Saigon Pho Tempo (Bloomington, MN) Rich Pho broth. Savory, aromatic with a well-balanced ratio of seasoning. Nothing over powering. If you're in the Twin Cities, MN area, come here for your Pho and BBH fix. This is a top 5 Pho restaurant in MN, and I highly recommend their Pho and BBH. Price is on the higher side, but the quality of food makes up for it. Would I eat here again? Yes. Broth is consistent good. Eggrolls: 9/10. I love the extra work put into the wrapping and lots of meat. Vietnamese fish sauce: 9/10 Springrolls: 9/10. Refreshing. Perfect balance of meat, noodles, and veges. Springroll dipping sauce: 8.75/10 Dumpling: 7.5/10. Average, but the sauce was great. Bun Bo Hue: 8.5/10. Very well balanced broth. Beefy and porky.
