we ordered take-out sushi for a specific time (we were in svolvær with a hurtigruten stopover) and the staff was very accommodating for our specific requests. we even ordered some additional items when we came to pick-up the food, and the whole staff hurried to get us our food and onto the ship in time and gave us loads of extra wasabi and soy sauce. the sushi was great. nicely crafted, well portioned, good quality of fish. the tempura and the karaage was fresh, crunchy and light. can recommend and will go again.
