This is the 2nd time I have come to this restaurant. The waitress is always friendly and fast. The food has been delicious everytime. This visit I had a total of 5 guests, and we were served drinks and food in 20 min. Love this place. As a loyal customer of Sala Thai, I've always enjoyed their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. However, my recent visit left me feeling disappointed. Despite placing my order 40 minutes in advance, it was not ready upon arrival, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I requested an extra container, I was surprised to be met with the response, 'there's no free lunch,' which I found rather disheartening. As someone who has frequented this establishment for quite some time, I believe that a more understanding and customer-focused approach could have been taken.
