We decided to try the famous Sala Thai restaurant of Fremont, CA which people rave about! Voted as one of the cities best Thai restaurants we knew that we were goin to experience something special and we sure did. We were seated immediately, table for four. Our tables busser provided waters and plates and utensils and our host provided the menus. Not too long after we were sat our server shows up and greets us, we ordered two diet cokes (they come in can) and two Singha Thai Beers which came with two cold beer mugs to pour the beer into. We ordered five items which come in portions that you share amongst the table, the popular Drunken Noodles, Garlic Basil Chicken, Fried Rice, Fried Egg-roll, and Veggie Deluxe. All items were superb, the flavors were delicious and the items perfectly cooked. Hands down one of the best Thai places in the Bay Area. When you arrive expect to be impressed, they are quick people too so the food and anything else you order will be arriving to the table with very little waiting time. Don't be surprised if your server is lighting fast when you ask for that water refill! Another thing, if you ask for boxes to-go chances are the server will fill them up in front of you, on the table. Overall Sala Thai is a must if you are in search of good Thai food, don't shy away from a Singha beer! Great tasting and semi-light!
