This hotel must rank as one of the most disappointing I have ever encountered. There is no attention to detail, the service is second rate at best, and to top it all off the restaurant can only be described as short of the mark.

Nicholas Wright took me to the famous Koi restaurant as a celebration of our 40 months of dating. I had heard so much about the restaurant so I was very excited, and we were not disappointed. We had a table at the window which was perfect and we had an amazing meal all round. We ordered wine by the glass which was so tasty and for starters we had prawn springrolls and their incredible chicken and ginger dim sum, which is the best in my opinion! For mains we both had the Rainbow Reloaded sushi which is to die for. The combination of flavours is indescribable and the best sushi we've ever eaten. The service was also surprisingly good as we had been told that it wasn't great. I can't wait to go back in Summer and watch the sun set over the sea!
