Restaurante Samm, located in Madrid, is a fine dining spot that specializes in rice dishes. The ambiance of the establishment is laid-back and casual, perfect for a lunch or dinner with friends or family. The interior design is simple and traditional, with wooden tables and chairs adding to the relaxed atmosphere.
The price range at Samm is on the higher side, but the quality of the dishes justifies the cost. The establishment is located outside of the tourist zone, making it a popular spot for locals and business people alike.
One of the special features of Samm is their outdoor seating area, which provides a lovely setting for enjoying a meal on a sunny day. They also have a small bar area where guests can enjoy a drink before or after their meal.
Some of the standout dishes on the menu include the seafood paella, arroz del senyoret (rice with seafood and no shells), and arroz a banda (rice cooked in fish broth). For drinks, they offer a variety of wines, including Rioja and Verdejo, as well as soft drinks and cocktails such as the classic gin and tonic.
Overall, Restaurante Samm is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience some of the best rice dishes in Madrid in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
The rice we ordered was very good. Spectacular salad. The staff is good, but the service was a little slow in my opinion. The desserts, delicious Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Arroz Senyoret
Good service and excellent rice. The only drawback is the noise generated when people are talking on the terrace (is there a way to reduce it?). I love how you make rice, with crust (socarrat) in just the right amount, although it is a matter of taste. Regarding the decoration of the exterior façade, I imagine that they maintain it to preserve the art-deco charm of the 60s-70s Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Ensaladilla Rusa Mítica, Arroz Senyoret
