Absolutely not a cocktail bar. This bar represents itself as having specialty cocktails, but this is so not the case. They had no bitters (to make an old fashioned), so the off-putting bartender told me to have one of their very limited selection of whiskey on the rocks. I ordered a gin and tonic instead. When I asked for a slice of citrus, the rude bartender told me to go to the Four Season. I wish I had. The band was great, but the sound was bad throughout the first floor, and it was hard to see the band.

From coordinating the menu to accommodating last-minute requests, Katie truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Of course, none of this would have been possible without the exceptional co-owner and manager, Matt. From the moment we arrived, Matt made it his mission to ensure our evening was nothing short of spectacular. His warm hospitality and genuine care for his guests made us feel like royalty, and we knew we were in good hands every step of the way. The bartending staff at San Jac Saloon also deserves a special mention, particularly Bree, whose talent behind the bar is truly unmatched. Despite the bustling crowd of over 100 people, Bree flawlessly crafted each drink with precision and grace, ensuring everyone's glass was never empty. With the support of her colleagues, she effortlessly navigated the evening's festivities, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of interacting with her. Furthermore, we cannot overlook the invaluable contributions of Cole and the rest of the bouncing/bar back staff. Their tireless efforts in setting up the event space and attending to every last detail did not go unnoticed. From ensuring our company logos were prominently displayed to seamlessly handling any unexpected challenges that arose, Cole and his team played an integral role in making our event a resounding success.
