You might as well take off to Turin, just to have the privilege to go to Santa Polenta. It'll be well worth your while. Far from merely proposing impeccable dishes and wines; staff and service are outstandingly welcoming and friendly, passionate and informed. Ingredients used are of unseen freshness and often biologically responsible, in turn making the difference in superior taste. Don't skip the antipasti, definitely go for one of the exquisite polentas, catch dolce if you can. Attention foodies, don't miss out on this one.
