I came here with a friend and she asked for a matcha latte, which they don't actually serve, but the barista misheard my friend and thought she ordered a macchiato. When the order came, my friend told another barista that they had mistaken her order. These mistakes happen and I'm pleased that the team solved it by offering my friend a complementary drink. The current process for refunds is not very easy to process "in the moment" with our current payments system and I think that perhaps this wasn't communicated in the best way during a busy moment. I am a fan of Scandinavian Embassy. But I wanted to eat a salmon sandwich at 4pm (which are excellent), but the girl at the counter was very unfriendly: spoke English quickly and did not apologize in any way for the kitchen closing at 2pm even after I called twice to ask if the kitchen is open but there was no answer.
