Best Eastern European restaurant I've had in Seattle.  Used to be my go to place for Polish and German food.  Sadly Dec 23rd 2022 is their last day.

If you enjoy Polish cuisine then Sebi's is the place. We had the Gypsy Stew and Nalesniki, which were exquisite. Service was equally top notch. If I'm ever back in Seattle, Sebi's is definitely on my list.

Where to start.... We had friends visiting from out of town and decided to check out Sebi's Bistro for Dinner on Saturday evening, July 3rd. Wow! Everything was amazing!   Our waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was hot and flavorful. Now the May sound off to some people, but their soup of the day was "Ogorkowa" or  "Pickle Soup" and it was so good! Potatoes, garlic, dill and turkey broth... Great flavor! We ordered several Polish dishes and they were so flavorful and well prepared. We absolutely loved everything! If you are looking for a. Amazing meal, with great flavors and a special location. We ate family style, sharing all dishes, including the Polish Platter, Gypsy Stew with Polish Pancakes, and Potato Dumplings with Meat. Great flavors and we will be back, as there are still many items to experience!
