Without a doubt one of the best Segovian roast restaurants in Madrid, both the suckling pig and the suckling lamb. In front of the business is Raúl who always welcomes you with kindness. We have been eating here for more than 30 years and we also bring the roasts to eat at home. The products are of 1st quality. The staff that serves you is very pleasant and professional and the roast cook is one of the best in his field. I recommend it, you won't regret it for sure. Greetings to all your workers.
