My coworkers and I went out to Seva Indian Cuisine on Saturday night for ladies/birthday celebration. We had reservations for 7:30pm but arrived late. We had to wait for about 15 mins and then we were seated. We started off with a a bottle of Riesling and Garlic Naan with a side of Dhal. The garlic naan was really good. I've never tasted garlic naan like this. It was just literally minced garlic and some nice warm flatbread. Yet it tasted so magical. Also I'm not a big dhal lover but their dhal is so creamy and addictive. Our apps consisted of Lamb Spring Rolls, Chicken Samosas, and Vegetable Samosas. We weren't a fan of the spring rolls. I didn't like the texture of the minced meat. The chicken samosas were good but the mint chutney was too spicy for my liking. I ended up taking it to-go for my hubby. For our entrées we ordered Shrimp Tikka Masala and "mild" Chicken Tikka Masala which came with Basmati Rice. I was excited to dig into the creaminess in front of me. There's no such thing as mild because I found my chicken tikka masala to be on the spicy side. Definitely not enjoyable due to me needing a glass of cold water after one bite. I decided to put the food to the side and wrapped it up to-go for my hubby. He enjoyed it.
