Metropol has always been at the highest level! Wonderful food and baked goods. But today my mood has really taken a turn for the worse. No one could get into the bathroom... We sat at the table for more than an hour. For 50 minutes, there was no employee to clean the tables. People had nowhere to sit, since the tables were not cleared. I made a remark to the girls at the checkout, they replied that they were new and didn’t know anything yet. She said that I would write a review - zero emotions. It’s a pity that there is such rudeness in a purely St. Petersburg restaurant.. I’m from Leningrad myself, such indifference has never happened before.. I’ve been awarded orders and medals, I really love my city and such young people.... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
