Came in and ordered a monster burger and a Korean BBQ burger. They were made from scratch and waited about 15 minutes And they came out hot. The food was amazing and everything turned out to be way better than I expected. I’ll definitely come back. Not to mention a huge portion and burger! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely disappointing experience at Shake & Go. Chicken burgers were inedible- tasted like frozen patties simply deep-fried and thrown into a bun with NO FLAVOR or effort. Chicken wrap was basically a bowl of lettuce with a few pieces of dry chicken. On top of that, the service was unprofessional , the staff seemed unsure how to take or process a simple order. After eating food from this restaurant I was sick. Would not recommend or return. Excuse me - we NEVER ASKED for FREE - we did pay for the Sauce . When we took the cup you should have stop us then and there. We had no idea about cup charges .. we haven’t seen this anywhere . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Kid-friendliness: I will never take any kid around this horrible restaurant.

Im sorry that you were disappointed with the food.however,you took a cup from the restaurant without paying for it,which is not acceptable .you also rudely charged your order from s shake to a soda while it was already being made.Taking someone else’s cup without permission is theft .One top of that, you asked for extra sauce for free. Out of all customers i’ve had, you are by far the worst.you seriously need to relearn basic manners when dining at the restaurant
