Eating at this restaurant with a pleasant view of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church will be a beautiful experience for clients. Dishes of Taiwanese cuisine can be ordered at Sharetea. Good milk tea or great bubble tea are the most popular drinks of this place.

Utterly distressed experience from Sharetea hawthorn glenferrie. Ordered lychee milk tea from the display menu placed next to the cashier - winter hot series. Staff asked what size and I replied regular size. Then was given a cold lychee bubble milk tea instead of hot. Staff insisted that’s the lychee milk tea and pushes out the cup for me to accept. Staff became mad with disapproval attitude and eyes rolling when I pointed to the sign that printed “lychee milk tea” on the counter. Staff rebutted that lychee milk tea doesn’t come in different sizes and I have to top up money which I said that’s fine as I want it hot and obviously no clues about sizes as she’s the one who asked me about sizes. Shouldn’t she have clarified whether it’s hot or cold when placing order instead of pushing the cup with attitude eyes rolling and accusations that it’s my fault for not being clear with their products. Terrible customer service indeed. Will never visit again and recommend others to do the same.

My Share tea favourite is probably the milk tea , it’s always done so well, perfect amount of sugar and ice when I ask for less but the milk is still so creamy! Apparently it’s not powerded milk which blows my mind!

I have always had a soft spot for Sharetea and was happy to see that they now have a store in Hawthorn. As with the trend now to offer more table seatings, Sharetea not only does that but also provide board games for customers to enjoy.

For me, Sharetea has always been consistent with the quality of their drink across all stores, and this store proved me right again. The mellow flavour of the Green Milk Tea and the refreshing fruitiness of the Peach Green Tea were both a hit with the girls I was babysitting. Of course, I had to steal a sip, or two, and I really enjoyed them too.

The Matcha Red Bean Smoothie was somewhat light on matcha, and the sweetness of the red bean was much more noticeable than the bitterness of the matcha. Still, it was quite a pleasure to drink.

The pearls maketh a bubble tea joint, and the pearls here definitely passed the test. Not too sweet, chewy yet bouncy, and just soft enough without being mushy. Great stuff!
