Located on Level 3 of the @sheratonmelbourne , Terrace Bar is a stylish new rooftop garden overlooking Melbourne’s ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street. Set amongst lush greenery, the new space brings a timeless European-inspired bar experience to the city. They currently have a gin pop-up in collaboration with @fevertreeaustralia and local artisan spirit distillers, @patientwolfgin, @poortoms and @fourpillarsgin, serving up a menu of bespoke specialised spritzers and long drinks specifically designed by Fever-Tree mixologists. The share-style menu is curated by in-house @chef_migorazon and is composed of bar-style snacks, heroing fresh local ingredients infused with Filipino influences. Our favourite dishes were the crispy Pork Lachom Bao, Prawns with Mango, Burnt Butter and Chilli and the Smoked Summer Salad. It truely is a stunning spot! In December, come for a Sundown Session any 4-6 PM and enjoy a selection of signature spritzes from $10.
