It was the first and last time we were there this year, you can tell that the staff is overwhelmed. When I asked about water for the dog, I was told I could get it from the toilet myself. It took 20 minutes and several instructions for the cards to arrive, so we decided to go and speak to the boss about the service and water for the dog. He said that it was completely normal and that we would see what was going on. For me that's not normal and one could have overlooked the impertinence, but the whole thing no longer fits me at all. We eat out 3-4 times a week and I have never been sent to get water. For me it's part of good service and brings extra tips. This year I'm going to look for something different in the leinemasch. We are in the low season, so of course we have fewer staff, but our service team is still doing everything it can to provide the additional sun spots set up for our guests in a timely manner. It was explained to you more than once today that it would take a little longer because it was so crowded. You could have enjoyed the time in the sun and relaxed. Our philosophy is a holiday feeling and not fast food. In fact, you are the first guest in all these years who finds it outrageous that we ask you to simply fill up the water for the dogs at the tap. We provide enough bowls. We sincerely hope that you find a location that better suits you and your ideas.More
