Found this little wholesale bakery that has hours for the public on weekends. Totally gluten free. My family actually like these baked goods way better than our local baker. More moisture more flavor and really different combinations of ingredients. Healthy baked goods possible? Absolutely delicious! Lois is the owner and baker. I would highly recommend trying this place.
