The entire experience was disappointing. We did not get what is called a classic French omelet. It was more like scrambled eggs. The fresh fruit cup was canned fruit cocktail.The croissant was not a true light and fluffy croissant you would find in any bakery in any street in Montreal. We were paying guests at the hotel and the hostess made us feel like we had just walked in off the street because we were five minutes late for our reservation which had been made by the front desk the night before. The people at the table next came in after us and got served before we did and got their entire meal before we even got coffee. We ordered two coffees and only got one and had to wait for the second cup. We can honestly say it was the worst experience of our entire trip. We loved the hotel and everything about Montreal. Do better. You are in the service industry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $40–50
