What happened Singapore??? This used to be my "go-to" Tai place. It was awful. I ordered spicy Pad Thai and all they did was throw red pepper flakes on it. Khao phad was dry as can be. I could barely get through half of it. Sad day. Your fate is sealed Singapore Cafe Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1
