This restaurant serves International cuisine. You can always enjoy perfectly cooked fish at Bar & Dinner “ Sirena & Delfin”. Most guests state that the staff is terrific. Prices are found attractive here. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this place deserved 4.

The restaurant that we visited for a few days with my family during vacation left us with an extremely negative impression. They don't even deserve a star... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I will present just a few of the main issues: Poor Service: The wait staff was indifferent and unresponsive. They seemed completely unprepared and didn't care about customer satisfaction. Frowning, smelling like shit, and constantly looking at you like they want to kick you out so they don't have customers to deal with... The food was disgusting: we tried all the dishes and desserts and they were all below standard. Everything including desserts were - too dry, tasteless, over toasted, greasy etc. The prices are unbelievably high: For the quality of the food and service, the prices were completely out of proportion. Bad environment: The restaurant was so hot that even the open doors didn't help... There is no atmosphere or coziness, it's like eating in some cheap restaurant or school chair. Poor hygiene: I noticed dirt on the tables and on the chairs that were simply not cleaned or knocked to the ground. This is unacceptable for a place that serves food. In summary, my visit to this restaurant was a negative experience from start to finish. I have no intention of visiting again and recommend avoiding it. All the positive comments are either from the staff or deluded people who didn't eat delicious food. Kid-friendliness: no! If your child falls into the pool, there is no one to save him... Disgusting and embarrassing behavior of the waitresses who were reluctant because we paid by card and not cash plus they cursed us and generally that we pay by card in the Bulgarian language which we understand, never again this business!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
