Very rude staff and makes me wait 5 min just to pay attention to me so I can order, the burger was also not at the same level as the other establishments. Avoid expensive in Mall Sofia at all costs. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nothing like what it was before. I visited the restaurant in Sofia Mall hoping to grab a quick El Polo Loco burger - I was told "it's not available", ok, then I asked about the 1312 pulled pork one and was told it was not available either. I then asked which burgers he had, and the guy at the cashier could barely get them out of his mouth. I ended up ordering Back to Basics and began my patient wait hoping to hear the little device ringing soon. Yes, but no - after a while I was nearby and saw that a burger was being left like that on the cash register. A man approached and asked - it was clearly not for him. I waited a little longer and decided to ask if this was my burger after all and inform the staff that there was no ringing on the machine - the response was that it was my burger and "oh well" or something. The taste qualities of the burger were not worth the wait at all - the bun and patty were just not what I've had before. I am sure that you will be able to find higher quality products in the supermarkets. In short, a disappointing experience. These are not your familiar Scapto burgers. I advise you to avoid the place. The meat was a very ordinary beef patty, the cheddar was the watery one, and the bread was dry.
