We came on a day off, were the first customers in the establishment, ordered 6 servings of potato pancakes, cooked them an hour later... At the same time, no one warned that there would be such a waiting time... and besides, the dish is not so complicated that it takes an hour to cook Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The food is good, the service is frankly terrible. We came with our family to see what kind of restaurant it was. The order was placed at 14:32, after 20 minutes the waiter came up and said that the ordered solyanka was not there, it was over. They also don’t know anything about serving in courses: they brought it to one person first, and 15 minutes later to two more. The fourth person who ordered a steak, an hour later, had still not received it, and everyone had already finished their dishes. I went up to the waiter to ask about the steak, which cooks the fastest. The answer I received was that it would be served in two minutes. After another 10 minutes, the same waiter came up (without the steak) and said that he was sorry for the lack of dish, assured that he had not forgotten and everything was being prepared, and offered a compliment from the establishment as an apology. True, instead of free coffee, tea or dessert, I would like to receive my order at the same time as everyone else and enjoy the meal with my family The food, I repeat, is delicious, but there are questions about the kitchen. There is nothing left of the former Skif. All 4 dishes were not tasty and poorly presented. For the first time I see that tartare was served with a piece of grilled white bread, the borscht was salty, the lard was just lying next to the plate. Draniki were made from boiled potatoes (this was the first time I had seen such a serving). The staff did not move at the word “at all.” I don’t recommend it myself ever again.
