Panorama Bar is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The prices felt a little expensive for Skopje, but they were still reasonable overall. The best part is definitely the amazing view, the atmosphere, and the beautiful setting. I really enjoyed spending time here, and it's worth visiting for the experience alone. Meal type: Other Price per person: MKD 800–1,000

One of the most romantic views in Skopje. The food was much better a couple of years ago. West European prices. but the view is simply stunning.

We came for drinks on a Sunday at 18:00 and brought a few friends to show them the place and enjoy the view. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, with plenty of free tables and no visible reservations. We asked to sit by the window, but the floor manager told us that sitting there was only allowed if we ordered food. I said that was fine and that we would order food, but then she insisted that we first sit at another table, place our order, and only then be moved to the window table. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, this felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly quite ridiculous. The manager’s attitude was also rude and unwelcoming throughout the interaction. Being asked to move from one table to another in an almost empty restaurant is not the kind of experience I would expect from a place of this standard. I have eaten here before and the food is good, but unfortunately the service has consistently been the weak point. There always seems to be some issue with the staff, and this experience was simply too much. Good food alone cannot compensate for poor hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
