I have ordered many times and have never really been disappointed. But here I ordered at 5:00 p.m. (restaurant opening at 5:30 p.m.) for delivery as soon as possible and order received at 7:45 p.m. and I see that a lot of people are complaining about the deliveries, it's a real shame and not even a word of apology.
