The best dining experience I have had in Ireland in a long time. 5 courses of deliciousness with little surprising elements in each bite. Great vegan / vegetarian options and really considered flavour pairings. The staff were attentive but not intrusive, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a great surprise, everything appeared to be made on site which is rare in even the best hotels these days. Baked rice pudding with soaked dried fruit. Fabulous banana bread, brioche, brown bread. Plenty of variety on the buffet and then a varied hot breakfast menu with the full Irish and the full vegan, avocado on toast, pancakes etc. Would highly recommend.
