A Magical Birthday Celebration at Snaffles Restaurant – Castle Leslie Estate My twin sister and I recently celebrated our birthday at Snaffles Restaurant at Castle Leslie Estate, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel truly special. Manuella, the restaurant manager, curated a magical dining experience. She took the time to walk us through the menu in detail, ensuring that any allergies or dislikes were carefully noted. The service throughout the evening was exceptional — thoughtful, attentive, and never intrusive. The five-course meal was perfectly paced, allowing us to savour each dish without feeling rushed. Every plate was a work of art — beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The attention to detail, both in presentation and flavour, was outstanding. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our birthday dinner was memorable. Their warmth and professionalism made the evening delightful from start to finish. We deeply appreciate the care and effort they put into making our celebration so special. Thank you to everyone at Snaffles for an unforgettable evening.
