I ordered the spicy korean chicken tenders. Avoid at all costs. The tenders were wet to the point where they felt like boiled chicken. Drenched in sauce it was kind of gross to eat. I stomached one tender and couldn’t do the rest. For nearly 17 dollars— this was a total waste for me and made me not want to return to this establishment. Always great service and the chicken is flavorful, hot and juicy. Food courts at most malls are usually crowded so don't be surprised or complain about that.
