For those of you who are nice enough to read my reviews know that I'm on a never ending journey to not just find the Vegas gems, but also the ethnic food of Vegas too. So my path took me to Sofrito Rico Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine My beautiful one ordered the Trifongo,mashed fried Green & Sweet Plantains Yuca Garlic & Chicharrones. I had the Tripleta Steak, Roast pork, Chicken Mayo ketchup, Lettuce. When I took my first bite into my sandwich it was as an explosion occurred in my mouth garlic roasted pork and steak went straight to my taste buds. Awesome! I was so into my sandwich I only had a bit of my beautiful ones dish. I hit the jackpot which is what Vegas is all about. Only I'm going to share my winnings with those who enjoy this review. Do something different tastes something different truly ethnic try Sofrito Rico
